The Guardian has picked two of our acts as the most deserving of success in 2010. The striking singer Gabby Young graces their masthead and the mighty Wrens have inspired the editor to write: “when they do emerge, every single thing about them is right: the lyrics models of precision; the melodies and arrangements done to a turn.
