As the Wrens’ whirlwind visit to the UK approaches (dates below), the search is on for a temporary member. As Wrens aficionados will already know, much of their repertoire is a rich, polyphonic musical tapestry; altogether too much for four mortals to attempt live on stage. So, enter the Fifth Wren… Anybody can apply to be in with a chance of getting up there with the band and playing one of their songs with them. Simply email 5th_wren@wrens.com to enter, then hot-foot it along to their website (www.wrens.com) to learn your part which is printed on sheet music up on the website.If your name is pulled out of the hat, you will be invited onstage on the night to be the 5th Wren and join one of the best live bands in the world!
